I went in today with an aggravated hamstring. It has been tight since surgery. Today was a hard day because I pulled my hamstring and last night at home. Today I couldn't do the knee slides like I normally do. They were tremendously painful. Alex held my leg and did the movement for me to make sure I got the stretch in. I was in tears in pain. He took care of me. He was an absolute needed support and encouraging person. He always tells me how good I am doing and is such a great therapist. I just wanted to make sure you know what a valuable person you have in Alex. He was such a relief to me today. He was encouraging and supportive and did what he could to get my session in today.

We have other health agencies come in and do a presentation on who they are, what services they provide, and how they are here to help the community, and we are interested in having your agency come in. If your agency does anything like this, we would love to have you come in and talk to our seniors. We are opened Monday thru Friday from 8:00-2:00. I am a certified fitness instructor at Gear Force Elite Cycle and Fitness, located inside The Kastle in Johnstown. I teach multiple spin, strength, and barre classes per week in our studio. A few months ago, I began a fundraiser called “Spinning for Scotty”. Scott Wentz is a 28-year-old resident of Johnstown and a close friend of mine. Scotty was in a tragic motocross accident just over one year ago which left him paralyzed from the waist down. He has been fighting with all that he has to regain strength and mobility and is working in the gym every day, just as he did prior to his accident. At Scotty’s physical therapy program, he utilizes a stationary bike that can be likened to the bikes we use in our spin classes. We have coordinated closely with Scott’s doctors to determine the exact bike he can use in our classes and have our hearts set on buying him one. Everyone has the right to work out, and to do so in a group, at the gym, or in any other normal and social way. During our first fundraising event, we raised just over $1,000, taking us about one-fourth of the way to our goal of purchasing a bike for Scotty. We are now reaching out to businesses and foundations seeking additional donations to achieve his bike as quickly as we can. We appreciate any support you can offer! I'm am interested in the free weight program you indicate you have and was wondering exactly what equipment you have. I'm 67 yrs old and in the past few years I've been through 2 cancer proceedures (lower esophagel and kidney) along with a TAVR and stomach stent/w botox injections due to a blockage in the lower stomach. During my esophagel surgery I developed a form of pneumonia which has gotten much better since but I still have some breathing problems. I have my own gym in my basement and try to regularly work-out, with light to medium weights, mainly to improve my lung capacity. Since your site if mainly for rehabilitaion it would seem to be a good fit for me.
