November 02, 2024 02:35 am	kenzie layman	(814) 691-4857	mhlayman14@gmail.com	hello! i’m not sure if anyone remembers me, but i was sitting and thinking about my recovery journey through physical therapy, and i thought of all the hard work and effort you guys put in to help me get better. i couldn’t be more grateful. i wanted to also let you all know that i played my first full soccer season, after swearing i would never step on a field again. i was a starter this year and i rarely played with a sleeve on. i like to take a lot of credit for the work i did, but i couldn’t have done it with out everyone there. thank you for being my extra family for 9 months. i miss everyone greatly, and i’ll be sure to stop in sometime soon. again, thank you all (especially cody) for helping me through the worst of my days. i had never experienced a pain like i did when i lost my sport, but i was able to cope by everyone bringing just a little bit of light to the situation. i am just astonished that i truly made it back to the field, but i owe that all to you guys!!! thank you forever<3

During the procedure we discussed my diskectomy that was performed in 2019. I had an MRI done in Dec of 2020. I had forgotten to bring the report in with me to be considered along with the current testing. I am contacting you to see if it would be possible for me to upload the report. My neck quickly tingles down the right side. This spreads into my upper right shoulder, followed by pain when I look down to do anything. I was hoping that the combination of the nerve study and the MRI could shed some light on my symptoms. Thank you so much for your time and consideration! Jen Jasper
