He recommended trying aquatic therapy due to having myasthenia gravis and struggling with traditional PT in the past. I have UPMC for Life Medicare Advantage HMO D-SNP for insurance. Do you take that insurance, and if so, can I be scheduled at any of your Johnstown locations or Boswell location?

I was advised that you needed my doctor to fax an RX. I contacted my doctor's office immediately and they said they would send a fax. After not hearing anything by mid-afternoon I contacted your office again and was once again advised that you didn't receive the RX from my doctor. I contacted my doctor again and they assured me that the paperwork was faxed and said they would fax it again. It was suggested by your staff that you were having trouble with power and fax. If this is the case, can you please provide me with an email address and I will have my doctor send the RX that way. Thank you.
