I have a C6 on C7 retrolethesis C4-C7 radiculopathy with LUE and RUE involvement, a previously herniated L5 and S1 with neuropathy in LLE and RLE. I have lost approximately 40-50 grip strength in both hands, dystonia in both index finger and fasciculations, tremors, and palmer and thenar muscle wasting in the left hand, with a previous ulnar nerve entrapment, bilateral dorsal nerve syndrome symptoms and chest pain. I do recieve chiropractic care and have been seen by a local neurosurgeon. I have x-rays, MRIs, and EMG test results and will be having new EMG tests in May and June. I have had Estim, Alpha Stim in the past and the chiropractic care I receive does have physical therapy included. I understand I would be responsible for a $51 copay per visit thru TRICARE and I am not sure how many weekly sessions I can afford, but I would like to explore my options before committing to surgery or artificial disc replacement.
